Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote mortgage refinancing packages and other financial products.

Identify and understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable refinancing solutions.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation and closing techniques.

Update and maintain customer information accurately in the Company's system.

Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in financial telesales. Prior experience in selling refinancing related products is highly preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers who are able to communicate verbally but are unable to read or write Chinese characters (Hanzi) are acceptable.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform effectively in a target-oriented environment.

Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

Basic computer literacy required and familiarity with CRM.
