F&B Supervisor (Ehsan Seaview Hotel)

Job Summary

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlet, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. The position supervises and supports F&B staff, coordinates with the kitchen and other departments, monitors food and beverage quality, handles guest concerns, and assists management with sales, inventory, cost control, and staff development.

Requirements

-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, resort, café, or hospitality environment.

-Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is preferred.

-Strong knowledge of F&B service procedures, restaurant operations, and customer service standards.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

-Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively.

-Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.

-Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

-Basic knowledge of inventory, stock control, wastage, and cost control.

-Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures is an advantage.

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

-Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

-Well-groomed, responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Qualifications

-Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.

-Relevant F&B supervisory experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

-Food Safety/Hygiene certification is an advantage.

-Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

-Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
