Handle property-related compliance enquiries from salespersons and clients.

Assist in managing claims and commission disputes, including mediation sessions.

Support company representation in Small Claims Tribunals matters, where authorised.

Conduct AML checks, review audit findings, and follow up on outstanding compliance matters.

Draft legal documents, letters, and other related correspondence.

Respond to enquiries and feedback through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Maintain accurate records and provide general support to the department.

Perform other duties as assigned.
