Job Role Tech Support/Admin Job Summary
Candidatewill assist with Contract management, write email to follow up with vendors.
Candidate should have some accounting background in terms of AR/AP and financial budgeting
Strong with MS Excel to manipulate data
Familiar with IT purchases
Familiar with budgeting and tracking budget utilisation Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Authority’s ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders (e.g. maintain and track contract / purchase order expiry date / termination).
Maintain the manpower resource requests / capability training process and ensure compliance to the process.
Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
Conduct preliminary check of the documentation (e.g. CVs, invoices and support documents)
Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
Track utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner /relevant officer.
Keep complete records of manpower resource / capability training requests.
Handle security clearance for the candidates What we are looking for
Past track records in administrative work, administer contract /human resource or similar job scope.
Knowledge of the Authority’s processes will be an added advantage.
