Job Description:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Manage project costing, budgets, variations, and payment claims.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of all commercial and contractual matters.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or M&E projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, contracts, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
