Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Drive acquisition of new accounts and expand wallet share from existing customers.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Ensure timely submission of competitive quotations, RFQs, and tenders to prospective clients.

• Conduct regular meetings with new and existing customers to present the company’s complete portfolio of logistics services.

• Build long-term strategic partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures to identify growth opportunities.

• Recommend strategic initiatives for business penetration in targeted trade lanes and geographies.

• Support management in formulating pricing and business expansion strategies.

• Liaise closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments secured.

• Ensure complete follow-up from booking to delivery, maintaining service quality standards.

• Lead, mentor, and review performance of the business development team.

• Conduct regular sales review meetings and drive performance enhancement initiatives.

• Set clear KPIs and monitor achievement levels across the team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
