Job Summary
Join our Japanese restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. You will greet customers, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks, maintain cleanliness, assist with cashier duties, and support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly to create a positive dining experience
Take food and drink orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers
Clear and set tables efficiently before and after meals to maintain flow
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with cashier duties accurately when required to support transactions
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate friendliness, politeness, and a customer-focused attitude in interactions
Show willingness to learn and follow instructions for continuous improvement
Exhibit responsibility, hard work, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively using basic English skills
Flexibly work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays as scheduled
