Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) Co., Ltd and has a wide range of clientele ranging from local SMEs to multinational companies. Cogent owns one of Singapore's largest one-stop integrated logistics hub, Cogent 1.Logistics Hub. It offers warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, container depot, ISO tank depot and automotive logistics services in Singapore.

Role Description

The incumbent will be joining our team as Yard Operations Executive in our subsidiary company, Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

1.    Perform daily yard operations, including vehicle receiving, inspection, parking, shifting and releasing

2.    Drive and manoeuvre vehicles, including passenger & heavy vehicles, within the yard and to external locations when required

3.    Ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured and maintained in designated storage areas

4.    Conduct basic vehicle condition checks and report any damage or irregularities

5.    Maintain accurate vehicle movement and inventory records

6.    Ensure yard cleanliness, safety and compliance with operational procedures

7.    Assist with other operational duties as assigned

Requirements

1.    Diploma /Higher NITEC / NITEC holders in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field

2.    Must possess Class 4 driving license

3.    Experience in automotive logistics or yard operations is preferred.

4.    Able to work independently and as part of a team

5.    Willing to perform outdoor duties

1.    Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday:9am – 12pm
