About The Job
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 5+ years of Java EE experience, hands-on knowledge of MVC frameworks (such as Apache Struts), enterprise services (EJB, JDBC, JMS), application servers (IBM WebSphere or Oracle WebLogic), SQL/PL-SQL, and UML design (financial industry background is a plus).
- Lead the architecture, end-to-end design, development, testing, and support of custom enterprise financial software solutions.
- Partner with project managers to align resource allocation with project schedules, actively driving technical milestones within scope and deadlines.
- Collaborate directly with clients to finalize technical specifications while mentoring engineering talent and enforcing quality standards.
