Kerja Sepenuh Masa Video Content Producer (Short-Form, Lead Generation), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,900 di KOOCESTER GROUP PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

You make videos that bring in business. At Koocester, a reel is measured by the leads it brings in, as well as the views. You take an idea from the brief to the shoot to the edit, watch how it performs, and make the next one better.

Your day

• On set: direct shoots for brands across our six titles (Koocester, Autos, Homes, Business, Foodie, Wealth)
• In the edit: guide editors on flow, cuts, pacing and emphasis
• On the numbers: read views, retention and leads, then sharpen the next hook
• Write the hooks, captions and calls to action that turn viewers into enquiries
• Work hand in hand with sales on what each client needs to achieve

How you win

• Pieces published every week
• Views and retention per piece
• Leads generated per piece
• Each month's work beating the month before

You bring

• 2 years or more in content creation, marketing or media
• Short-form videos you made that you can show us, with their numbers
• Comfort on shoots and hands-on in the edit
• A fast, test-and-improve rhythm

Why Koocester

• Your work shows up directly in revenue
• Real founders and real businesses, every week
• Quick decisions, no slow corporate cycles
• A clear path into senior production and content leadership
