Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, including posters, photos, short videos, Reels and other marketing materials
• Assist with photo and video shooting for school activities, events and marketing campaigns
• Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use
• Design simple and attractive posters, digital artwork and promotional materials
• Support the planning and execution of social media content and marketing campaigns
• Write simple captions and marketing copy
• Work closely with centres and internal teams to collect photos, videos and content
• Ensure content follows the company’s branding and visual guidelines
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Support marketing events and other branding activities when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good creative sense and an eye for visual content
• Basic to intermediate skills in video and photo editing
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Willing to learn and try new creative ideas
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Added Advantage

• Experience creating Reels, TikTok or short-form videos
• Photography or videography skills
• Graphic design skills
• Experience managing social media content
• A creative portfolio showcasing videos, posters, photography or social media content
