Job Description

• Support daily administrative and operational matters.
• Assist with procurement, including sourcing, quotations, purchasing and supplier follow-up.
• Handle paperwork, documentation, filing and record keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors and external parties.
• Assist with event preparation and operations, including materials, logistics and onsite coordination when required.
• Follow up on purchases, deliveries, schedules and operational matters.
• Prepare and update reports, records, schedules and documents.
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director and Management.
• Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely completion.
• Perform other administrative, operational and event-related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Junior candidates / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and take initiative in following up on tasks.
• Organised, responsible and detail oriented.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to support different departments and Management when required.
• Comfortable supporting event operations and onsite activities when necessary.
