Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identifying and targeting potential customers, developing sales strategies, and increasing the company's market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with current clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies for improving sales.
• Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market insights to upper management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to identify potential customers, develop sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare reports.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
