Job Overview

The Brand Manager develops and executes strategies to build a company's brand, overseeing campaigns, trade initiatives, development of B2B, managing budgets, ensuring consistent messaging across channels (digital, social, ads, packaging), analysing performance (ROI, engagement), and collaborating with sales/product teams to boost awareness, drive sales, and foster B2B & B2C loyalty.

Key duties include competitor market research, content oversight, budget management, team leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends to align marketing with overall business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop overarching brand strategies, marketing plans, and campaign concepts aligned with business objectives.

• Campaign Execution: Management of B2B & B2C marketing initiatives to spearhead business growth strategies.

• Brand Management: Maintain brand KPIs defined areas of sales, pricing, stocks holding and brand consistency across all channels.

• Sales: Work hand in hand to analyse sales data and performance with sales team to achieve sales target.

• Principal communication: Projection on Open To Buy (OTB) based on demand and supply, brand performance reports, pricing index and review with competitors’ campaigns and products.

• Budget & ROI: Manage and optimize the annual sales & marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Track, analyse, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all brand and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data.

• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, education & creative team on a pre-determined brand KPIs.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate product executive and sales team.
