Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,850 di Tan Chong Motor Assemblies Selangor - Maukerja

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quality system improvement and implementation by controlling DPHU IN and DPHU OFF.

2. To conduct checking on countermeasure proposed by production for all defects feedback to ensure effective and consistent implementation.

3. To carry out inspection according to Quality Plan.

4. To ensure KPIs set by management such 5S,GGKD,Safety,Cost carried out and achieved target as per set

5. To conduct evaluation on Quality Inspectors to ensure their detection and judgement skill are meeting the target set.

6. To carry out trouble shooting activities as and when there are defects outflow to downstream processes.

7. To ensure management board and 4M board are up to date at all time.

8. To control the usage of indirect material and other stationeries to ensure no wastage.

9. To ensure tools and equipment is sufficient and maintain in proper condition.

10. To ensure all quality inspectors are provided with proper training enabling them to perform their job effectively.

11. To discharge duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary.

12. To ensure the cleanliness of the work area and prevent pollution to environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCES

1) Possess a recognized Diploma in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or any related fields.

2) Or a minimum of 5 years working experience in quality supervision fields.

3) Basic knowledge of trouble shooting and QC tools.

4) Possess good communication and supervisory skill

Pay: From RM1,850.00 per month
