House of Leila is looking for a hands-on and service-driven
Assistant Manager
to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in daily restaurant operations and service standards
Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth operations
Manage opening/closing procedures, staff deployment and shift coordination
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery
Monitor stock, purchasing and basic inventory control
Support sales, promotions and events
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and workplace standards are maintained
Assist with staff training and operational improvement
Requirements:
2–4 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to lead a team and work independently
Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
