Operating System

Microsoft Windows Server: Proficiency in operating system administration and troubleshooting


Configuration Management (MANDATORY)

Active Directory: Experience in configuring and managing AD Group Policy and AD Objects (user/computer accounts and groups).

NTFS File System and Permissions: Familiar with the mechanics of NTFS file permissions and able to configure/troubleshoot related subjects.

DFS Replication: Experience in configuring and managing DFS namespaces and DFS replication.


Cloud & Automation skill sets :

Cloud Platforms

Terraform (can develop something using terraform)

AWS (Amazon Web Services): Deep knowledge of EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, and other AWS services.

SSM (Systems Manager) & cloud-native services: Experience in creating and managing SSM & cloud-native services for automation and configuration.(SSM for the developer)


Scripting & Automation (Python & Ansible - Nice to have)

PowerShell: Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.

Python: Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python.

Ansible: Proficiency in writing playbooks, managing inventories, and automating tasks.

GitHub: Proficiency in version control, branching strategies, and collaboration using GitHub.

Datadog: Monitoring, self healing.
