JOB DUTIES
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Handle payments and cash transactions when required.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
Ability to provide a positive experience and resolve issues gracefully.
Clear verbal interaction with guests and team members.
Accurate order taking and maintaining cleanliness.

Shabestan restaurant started in August 2013 at The Pier@Robertson and have expanded one kiosk at Ion(orchard) in December 2015.Shabestan plan to expand the business with opening new outlets,catering service and franchising.
