Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Food Production Manager with Diploma or Degree.
- Must have working experience as an Executive Chef.
- Strong Leadership with a good analytical and problem solving skills, as well as dynamic in planning and result oriented.
- Meticulous and positive work attitudes.
- Ability to co-work with cross divisional colleagues towards a common Goal.
- Strong knowledge in food manufacturing practice and quality management system ISO 22000 and HACCP.
Tanggungjawab
- To manage day to day food production operations and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan material, equipment and manpower resources requirement timely.
- Determine cost-effective production and raw materials inventory Management.
- Collect data to forecast customer demand to set production targets and estimate the amount of inventory to keep at any point in time.
- Meet production schedules, productivity, output, quality, deliveries and KPIs.
- Improve production methods and process.
- Ensure all final products conform to specification and meet delivery requirement.
- Investigate and correct non-conformance issues.
- Ensure and maintain operational health, safety and housekeeping in production area.
- Manage quality management system ISO 22000 and HACCP.
- Identify the training needs to ensure the production team are adequately equipped (knowledge & skills) to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
- Manage, supervise and motivate and review the staff performance on timely basis.
- Prepare and submit reports on timely basis.
- Any other duties assigned by the management/superior.
