- Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance and repair works for AHU and Chiller systems.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC system faults.
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance of AHU components, including filters, coils, drain pans, fans and motors.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC equipment.
- Check chiller operating conditions and assist with troubleshooting and repair works.
- Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repair works.
- Conduct testing and commissioning after servicing or repair.
- Prepare service reports and provide proper feedback on equipment conditions.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company requirements.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Education:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)
Experience:
- AHU, Chiller or HVAC servicing and maintenance.: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Required)
License/Certification:
- GDL driving license. (Required)
