We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Interior Designer to join our team at Retrobee Design & Build. This role is responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, producing technical drawings and 3D renderings, preparing design documentation, managing project budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements 职位要求

• Diploma in Interior Design or related field
  室内设计或相关领域文凭

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
  至少 2–3 年相关工作经验

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  熟练使用 AutoCAD

• Familiar with 3Ds Max, Vray & Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
  熟悉 3Ds Max、Vray 及 Adobe Photoshop 者优先

• Good understanding of space planning & design principles
  具备良好的空间规划及设计原则理解

• Knowledge of color theory and material application
  具备色彩理论及材料应用知识

• Strong presentation and communication skills
  具备良好的设计展示及沟通能力

• Able to prepare design documentation (layouts, lighting, materials)
  能够准备设计文件（布局图、灯光设计及材料资料）

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  具备良好的时间管理能力，并能够按时完成工作

• Able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English and Chinese-speaking environments
  能够在英语及中文沟通环境中与客户及相关人员进行有效沟通

Design Concept & Presentation 设计概念与提案

• Develop and present creative, functional design concepts
  开发并展示具有创意及实用性的设计概念

• Prepare mood boards, layouts, and material proposals
  准备设计情绪板、布局图及材料提案

• Confidently present ideas and design solutions to clients
  向客户自信地展示设计理念及解决方案

• Translate client requirements into compelling design outcomes
  将客户需求转化为具有吸引力的设计成果

Technical Drawing & 3D Visualization 技术图纸与 3D 视觉效果

• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts
  制作详细的 AutoCAD 图纸及技术布局图

• Create 3D models and renderings using 3Ds Max & Vray
  使用 3Ds Max 及 Vray 制作 3D 模型及效果图

• Prepare visual presentations using Adobe Photoshop
  使用 Adobe Photoshop 制作视觉设计提案

Project Coordination 项目协调

• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  与承包商、供应商及内部团队合作

• Work closely with project and site teams for smooth execution
  与项目及现场团队紧密合作，确保项目顺利执行

• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained
  进行现场考察，确保设计理念及施工质量得到落实

Budget & Material Management 预算与材料管理

• Manage project budgets and monitor costs effectively
  管理项目预算并有效监督项目成本

• Source furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E)
  搜寻及选择家具、固定装置及设备（FF&E）

• Balance design intent with cost efficiency and practicality
  在设计理念、成本效益及实际可行性之间取得平衡
