Qualifications :

• 3-6 month internship
• Studying computer science, software engineering or a related field (final year or recent graduate)
• Can code in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python
• Basic SQL
• Has used AI coding tools like Claude Code, and checks what they produce instead of trusting it blindly
• Has tried building something with an LLM API, or is keen to learn
• Curious, asks questions and writes clearly
• Treats personal data with care

As an AI Engineering Intern, you'll work alongside our engineers to build and test these agents, with real work that ships to production. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Help build and test AI agent features across the hiring flow
• Write tests and verification scripts that check features against real data
• Help build evaluation datasets and review agent decisions against real outcomes
• Build internal tools that help the team see how the automation is performing
• Answer data questions with SQL
• Document what you build so others can pick it up
• Use agentic coding tools like Claude Code day to day, the way the rest of the team does
