About The Job
As the Design Manager for the C&I Division, you will take full ownership of the engineering strategy for complex solar PV and electrical system designs. You will oversee all critical design deliverables—ranging from PV, DC, and AC, to MV and HV electrical systems—ensuring strict alignment with project timelines, budgets, and QA/QC standards. Beyond technical execution, you will drive aggressive value engineering, act as the primary technical escalation point for clients and consultants, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including R&D into cutting-edge, cost-effective solar solutions.
About The Manager/team
You will lead, mentor, and scale a dedicated, high-performing department of solar PV design engineers and drafters. This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about team building, resource optimization, and capacity planning. You will foster a collaborative and innovative work culture by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and designing professional development plans. You will have the autonomy to shape the team's dynamics, refine engineering protocols, and actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier engineering talent to support the company's continuous growth.
