Job Summary
Lead and supervise workers in carpentry formworks and concrete reinforcement on construction sites, ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards while managing materials and interpreting technical drawings.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise workers to perform carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete on-site, ensuring quality and safety compliance
Ensure all timber formwork and structural reinforcement meet Singapore Standards (SS) requirements
Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to guide work execution
Perform construction tasks involving formwork, reinforcement, and concreting to meet project specifications
Apply knowledge of timber, aluminium, and steel structural formwork to oversee installation and assembly
Calculate material quantities and perform costing for formwork materials to support budgeting and procurement
Monitor shutter making and assembling processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence
OBJECTIVE: The company establized to carry on the business of builders, general construction, building Contractors, steel structures reinforced concrete specialists and to construct, execute, carry out. Equip, improve work, develop, administer manage or control, public works and all conveniences of all kinds
GENERAL BUILDING: All types of building works in connection with any structure. being build or to be built for the support shelter and enclosure of chattels or movable property of any kind scope of work includes the addition & alteration works on building, involving structural changes and installation, construction of multi- storey car parks, buildings and utility plants CIVIL ENGINEERING: Works involving concrete masonry and steel in bridges, sewers, culverts, retaining walls, channels, drainages systems, underground structures, cutting and filling embankments, river banks, excavation of deep trenches, scraping of sub-soil, surface drainage works, flexible pavement, rigid pavement or laterite roads, bus bay open car park and related works such as kerbs and walkways
COMMITMENT: We are regularly supplying skilled labour, related personnel’s and tool for the construction of the works. Our respective personnel’s are actively and directly involved in supervising and contracting of various sub-contract projects
