We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transformingdata into meaningful business insights. This role will partner closely withregional stakeholders across APAC, supporting business decisions through dataanalysis, reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellentstakeholder management and communication abilities. This position is bestsuited for candidates who enjoy business reporting, insights generation, andvisualization rather than advanced programming or data science work.
Data Analysis & Insights
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiplesources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze business, sales, marketing, and eCommerceperformance data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Translate data into actionable recommendations thatsupport strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular data quality checks and ensurereporting consistency across markets.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, andvisualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Prepare recurring business performance reports formanagement and stakeholders.
Present findings in a concise and meaningful manner toboth technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuously improve reporting processes and reportingefficiency.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understandbusiness requirements and analytical needs.
Work with regional teams, external agencies, andvendors to ensure timely delivery of data and insights.
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, andinsights teams on business performance reporting and analysis.
Support annual and ad-hoc business reviews throughdata-driven recommendations.
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, InformationSystems, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a relateddiscipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst,Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Insights Analystrole.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience developing dashboards and reports usingPower BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, anddata visualization best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills.
Experience presenting insights to businessstakeholders and senior management.
