Job Description:

• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Verify, process and post Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions into ERP system
• Handle day-to-day AP and AR operations, including payment processing , collections and settlements through banking platform.
• Liaise with intercompany entities, vendors, customers and other external parties on payment, billing and collection matters.
• Review, verify and process of employee expense claims and corporate credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow projection
• Maintenance and update master data records in the ERP and banking systems
• Assist in preparing financial information and supporting documents for statutory and regulatory submissions.
• Support the preparation of GST returns, audit schedules and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and properly organised accounting records, including scanning, uploading and filing supporting documents in the ERP system.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, LCCI qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and general accounting functions.
• Meticulous, responsible and well-organised, with the ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
• A good team player with strong communication skills, initiative and a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
