Job Description:

Role Summary: To execute deliveries using Company vehicles and safeguard Company transport assets while supporting branch operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• To deliver goods using Company vehicle (van/lorry/car) to the designated locations in accordance to Delivery Order (DO);
• To verify correct items and quantities prior to loading onto Company vehicle;
• To obtain customer acknowledgment (stamp & signature) on all delivery documents;
• To maintain proper handling and safe loading practices to prevent damage;
• To maintain accurate delivery records and return all documents promptly to branch;
• To handle urgent or ad-hoc deliveries as instructed by Operation;
• To assist in loading and unloading of goods at branch and customer premises.
• To assist Warehouse personnel in arranging goods for delivery;
• To monitor fuel levels and refuel as necessary;
• To ensure company vehicle is maintained in clean, safe and roadworthy condition at all times;
• To conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections.
• To coordinate servicing and maintenance schedule, PUSPAKOM inspections, road tax renewals and other vehicle-related matters when required;
• To comply with road transport regulations and company safety policies

Ad Hoc / Additional Responsibilities

• To assist Warehouse personnel in picking, packing, sorting goods, re-packing and re-labelling goods during non-delivery hours;
• May be required to perform additional duties or projects assigned by the immediate superior, consistent with the scope and level of the role.

Job Requirement:

• PMR / SPM / Diploma / SKM in any field;
• Minimum one (1) year experience driving lorry/ van;
• Must possess a valid GDL license;
• Familiar with local routes, highways, and traffic regulations;
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance;
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy packages and objects;
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner;
• No serious traffic offences or poor driving record (preferred);
• Willing to work overtime when required;
• Trip commission provided based on completed trips;
• Required languages (spoken & written): Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Driver: 1 year (Preferred)
