Job Responsibilities:

·       Support end-to-end event planning and coordination, including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, logistics, catering, audiovisual arrangements, speaker invitations, and event materials.

·       Manage event registration pages, attendee enquiries, confirmations, cancellations, and on-site check-in to ensure a seamless participant experience.

·       Maintain accurate CRM records, update attendee profiles, manage contact lists, and ensure data quality and compliance with data protection policies.

·       Assist with event communications, including email invitations, campaigns, website updates, social media content, and sponsor and partner coordination.

·       Supporton-site event operations, speaker coordination, sponsor deliverables, and timely resolution of logistical issues.

·       Coordinate post-event follow-ups, feedback surveys, attendance reporting, expense tracking, invoice processing, and recommendations for future event improvements.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1year of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
