We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and technically minded Fulfillment Associate to join our Singapore team.
This position combines equipment preparation, technical troubleshooting, warehouse operations, and occasional onsite event support.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Preparation & Fulfillment
Pick, prepare, configure, test, and pack technical equipment for customer orders.
Ensure all equipment is fully functional, clean, and ready for deployment.
Prepare iPads, tablets, laptops, badge printers, registration kiosks, scanners, routers, and accessories.
Follow packing instructions, checklists, and quality control procedures.
Verify order accuracy, equipment quantities, serial numbers, and accessories.
Prepare shipments and coordinate equipment dispatch and returns.
Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair rental equipment.
Perform basic hardware repairs, component replacements, and preventive maintenance.
Install software, configure devices, and perform firmware updates.
Test printers, scanners, routers, and other equipment before deployment.
Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and device configuration issues.
Identify damaged or defective equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
