Job Description

This senior role oversees complex ACMV projects, managing technical operations and multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion. It is ideal for an experienced engineering professional capable of leading large-scale system installations.

Key Highlights

• Manage end-to-end project schedules, financial budgeting, and site operations for ventilation systems.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project compliance.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced cooling towers and chiller systems.
• Supervise site teams and resolve technical coordination issues to mitigate potential project delays.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least ten years of proven experience in managing complex ACMV construction projects.
• Hold a recognized professional qualification in project management or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in maintaining chillers, cooling towers, and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Ability to manage product documentation, progress claims, and contractual variations with high accuracy.
• Display strong leadership skills to guide engineering teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
