Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.

At least 2–5 years of experience in outbound call centre, telemarketing, or telesales, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

A proven sales track record is an advantage; candidates with strong performance may be considered for a higher salary within the available range.

Make outbound telemarketing calls to leads provided by business partners.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Convert leads into successful sales and work towards individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate call records and follow required sales processes.
