Spaceship is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup based in Singapore. We provide door-to-door valet storage, self-storage, and logistics solutions for individuals and businesses.

We are also building a network of shared co-warehousing and micro-fulfilment centres to support e-commerce sellers in storing inventory, operating daily, and fulfilling orders efficiently.

No cold calls. No chasing random leads.

We are looking for a responsive and confident Inbound Sales Executive to speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products or services.

Your job is simple: reply quickly, understand what the customer needs, conduct calls when necessary and guide qualified enquiries towards a purchase.

You will not be expected to build the sales process from scratch. The scripts, playbooks, follow-up plans and training are already prepared. Our method has been tested and proven. You simply need to learn the system, follow it consistently and communicate well.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond quickly to incoming customer enquiries
• Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and other messaging channels
• Conduct sales consultations, tours and follow-up calls
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable option
• Follow our existing scripts, playbooks and sales processes
• Keep customer conversations and follow-ups properly recorded
• Follow up consistently without being pushy
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Share common customer questions and feedback with the team

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Cold calling strangers
• Searching for your own leads
• Sending mass outbound messages
• Creating sales scripts or strategies from scratch
• Figuring everything out alone

All leads are inbound, meaning the customers you speak to have already shown interest.

• Responsible enough to manage leads without constant supervision

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not compulsory. We care more about your responsiveness, communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
