Job Summary:

We are seeking an Architect Coordinator to manage architectural coordination and site activities for a data centre project. The successful candidate will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, and M&E teams.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works meet project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and identify workmanship or coordination issues.
• Coordinate resolution of drawing discrepancies, design changes, and site queries.
• Track material approvals, inspection requests, and technical submissions.
• Maintain site documentation and provide progress updates.
• Support quality inspections, defect rectification, and project handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination or site supervision.
• Experience in data centres, commercial buildings, or industrial construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction documentation, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Availability: Candidates able to commence by the end of 2026.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
