We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Lorry Driver to support the company's transportation and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for transporting tools, equipment, materials and goods between the company's premises, suppliers and designated work sites, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with road safety regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Operate the company lorry safely to transport tools, equipment, materials and goods to designated locations.

2. Plan and follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation.

3. Load, unload and secure cargo safely to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the lorry is clean and in good working condition.

5. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic incidents and maintenance requirements to the supervisor promptly.

6. Ensure delivery orders, transport records and other relevant documents are properly maintained.

7. Comply with Singapore traffic laws, workplace safety requirements and company procedures.

8. Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel regarding delivery schedules and transportation arrangements.

9. Assist with general transportation and logistics duties as assigned.

10. Perform other related duties as required by the company.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence of the appropriate class for the assigned lorry.
• Relevant lorry driving or transportation experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and industrial or construction work sites.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Able to handle physical work, including loading and unloading, where required.
• Working hours vary according to operational requirements and assigned duties. There is no fixed standard working schedule.
• Willing to work overtime when required, subject to company requirements and applicable regulations.
