Customer Service & Support
• Attend to merchant and customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide basic troubleshooting, coordinate follow-up actions, and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Monitor GiftsMart campaign submissions and assist with submission-related inquiries.
• Maintain daily call reports, complaint records, and follow-up updates.
Terminal & TV Box Operations
• Configure and set up terminals and TV boxes for new outlets and replacement cases.
• Request and follow up on terminal credentials to ensure timely deployment.
• Report and track terminal, TV, and TV box issues.
• Inspect and record returned, faulty, or damaged terminals.
• Keep terminal master records and job sheets accurate and up to date.
Inventory & Logistics
• Coordinate with technicians on installations, replacements, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels of terminals, spare parts, and related equipment.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and arrange equipment deliveries and collections.
• Assist with loading and unloading terminals when required.
Administration & Operations Support
• Maintain operational reports, office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, merchants, and external parties to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the daily activities of the Operations and Customer Support teams.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by management.
