About the Role
BugleRock Capital is a MAS-licensed wealth and asset management firm in Singapore. We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to support client coverage and grow relationships with affluent and high net worth clients. You will work alongside senior relationship managers and the investment team to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Understand client goals, risk profiles and needs, and recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions
• Support senior relationship managers in client meetings, reviews and proposals
• Originate new clients through referrals, networks and business development activities
• Coordinate with product, investment, operations and compliance teams to execute client requests
• Ensure all client activity complies with MAS regulations and internal policies, including KYC, suitability and documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in the CRM
• Provide timely client reporting, portfolio updates and market commentary
• Meet agreed targets for client acquisition, assets under management and revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of relationship management or client advisory experience in banking or wealth management in Singapore
• Priority banking experience is preferred
• Proven track record of managing and growing a client book
• Holds, or is able to obtain, the relevant MAS representative requirements and CMFAS modules
• Good knowledge of investment products such as equities, funds, fixed income, structured products and insurance
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, client-first and comfortable working in a growing firm
