Job Summary
Drive sales growth by managing all sales activities within assigned product portfolios and market segments, implementing effective strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet targets.
Responsibilities
Manage all sales activities within assigned product portfolios and market segments to achieve business growth
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
Identify potential customers, schedule appointments, and conduct quality sales calls to generate qualified leads
Engage regularly with customers to assess their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with colleagues and principals to monitor sales performance and ensure adherence to company standards
Required competencies and certifications
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in machinery for the semiconductor sector
Possess own transport to facilitate mobility for sales activities
Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia and overseas for training and exhibitions
Ability to be based in Malaysia for extended periods as required
