You will join our elite Solution Architecture & Strategy team, acting as the key technical bridge between carrier clients, enterprise stakeholders, and delivery teams.

About The Job
- End-to-End Solution Architecture: Lead cross-functional teams to design comprehensive ICT solutions across RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G), access, transport, core, cloud, and platform layers for carrier and enterprise clients.
- Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales: Drive technical consultations, roadmap workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product showcases, and high-value bidding activities.
- Value & Financial Optimization: Address key client pain points through user experience enhancements, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, and revenue enablement models.
- Network Evolution: Formulate mid- to long-term technology roadmaps to guide client network modernization and digital transformation.
- Pre-Sales to Delivery Alignment: Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure proposed designs align seamlessly with actual delivery capabilities.
- Portfolio Projections: Provide cross-domain technical clarifications and conduct annual CAPEX and revenue projections across the solution portfolio.
- Domain Mastery: In-depth technical background across RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) as well as access, core, transport, and cloud platforms.
- Solutioning & Pre-Sales Track Record: Proven success leading bid preparations, technical presentations, customer workshops, and PoC demonstrations.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong capability in conducting CAPEX/OPEX analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and business case modeling.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering squads, commercial leads, and post-sales delivery units.
- Strategic Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to network transformation, virtualization, and next-generation connectivity trends.
