Your new role

As a Japanese-speaking Accounts Receivable, you will support regional finance operations and report to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance.

Your responsibilities

• Generating, reviewing and issuing customer invoices
• Reconciling billing discrepancies and processing adjustments
• Maintaining customer billing and payment records
• Monitoring incoming payments and outstanding balances
• Supporting month-end closing and audit activities
• Handling other finance-related duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong spoken and written Japanese, including reading proficiency
• A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, self-motivated and a strong team player
