Job Requirements

• Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar technical field
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a diverse range of programming languages and frameworks is an added avantage (PHP Laravel, Node.js, *************, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flutter)
• Language Skills: A professional command of the English language is essential

Internship Contract length: 4 months and above

Job Highlights

• 5 working days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

• System Administration: Provide support in managing and overseeing the company’s ticketing platform in coordination with the Operations department
• Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting procedures and deliver technical guidance whenever necessary
• Resource Management: Systematize, track, and maintain the organization’s IT assets and technical resources
• Directives: Execute specific tasks and projects as designated by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or the Head of Department
