Summary:
Basic Salary: S$2,295~ $2,470 per month
Outlet Allowance: S$80 per monthStaff Benefits: Performance Bonus, Annual Increment, Medical Benefits
Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week, 44 hours
Working Location: Central (Takashimaya or Great World City)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and menu items in accordance with standardised recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure all sushi products are prepared consistently and comply with established food safety and quality standards.
Assist with daily ingredient preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment, storage areas, preparation areas and work surfaces.
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Chief.
Requirements
No prior experience required; candidates who are keen to learn J-cuisine are welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Able to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
