Job Description:

• Provides support to the Sales & Product teams. Works closely for timely and accurate document processing.
• Facilitates invoicing, issuing of credit notes, and document matching for retail channel customers.
• Attends to customer enquiries on orders and/or product availability.
• Prints customer invoices and scans signed copies into the system.
• Manages proper filing records.
• Performs ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘N’ levels.
• Meticulous in documentation and pays attention to details.
• Keen to learn and has a positive work attitude; a good team player.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP operation.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
