Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Minimum SPM, Secondary School or O-Level qualification.

Able to communicate effectively in English. Additional language proficiency is valued.

Familiar with coffee and beverage preparation.

Able to operate café equipment and handle POS systems.

Friendly, responsible and able to provide good customer service.

Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.

Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches and pastries.

Handle café equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cashiering duties.

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations when required.

Build good relationships with customers and promote café products.

Restock supplies and ensure ingredients and materials are available.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including café setup and cleaning.

Maintain cleanliness of the working environment and café seating areas.
