Our client is a well-established retail organisation with an extensive network of stores across Singapore. As part of its continued focus on strengthening people capabilities and supporting business growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHRO, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR, partnering closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management across corporate and retail operations. A key focus of the role will be to drive recruitment for managerial and senior-level positions, developing effective sourcing strategies and building a strong talent pipeline to support evolving business needs.

You will work closely with retail and corporate stakeholders on employee relations, performance management, HR policies and operational matters, ensuring consistent and effective HR practices across the organisation. In addition, you will contribute to HR process improvements, employee engagement and broader people initiatives, working collaboratively with the HR team to strengthen service delivery and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8–10 years of broad-based HR experience, with strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations and business partnering. Prior experience within the retail or other consumer-facing industries, particularly supporting a multi-site workforce, will be highly advantageous.

You should be a hands-on and resourceful HR professional with strong stakeholder management, recruitment and problem-solving capabilities. The successful candidate is proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance operational priorities and strategic HR initiatives.
