Employment Type: Part-Time, 6 hours' shift (AM / PM) (Weekdays)
Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Event Period: Dec 2026 - Jun 2027
Location: Singapore / Bayfront
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide information about the exhibition.
Scan and validate tickets and assist with admission enquiries.
Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
Communicate waiting times, delays and admission procedures clearly.
Guide visitors through the exhibition and interactive experience zones.
Explain activity instructions and encourage appropriate visitor etiquette.
Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
Attend to visitor feedback and provide basic service recovery.
Monitor assigned zones and ensure safety and operational guidelines are followed.
Escalate complaints, incidents, safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
Attend required training sessions and daily operational briefings.
Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.
Requirements
Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with visitors.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Patient and able to remain calm when managing crowds or challenging situations.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Able to work at least 3 shifts in a week (weekdays)
Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience would be advantageous.
Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions would be a plus.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Training will be provided.
