What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and commercial growth.
• Develop and deliver localized marketing communications aligned with regional and global marketing strategies.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and customer communications.
• Create and coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, digital assets, and sales enablement content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, customer seminars, product launches, and marketing activations.
• Analyze customer, campaign, and market data to generate insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Track campaign performance through reporting, dashboards, ROI analysis, and post-campaign reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Category teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer-centric marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, forecasts, and project timelines to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers to develop and execute supplier-funded marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage supplier marketing investments, MDF funding, and performance reporting to maximize return on investment.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.

About You

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, supplier marketing, trade marketing, category marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role.
• Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, website content, customer communications, and lead generation activities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Knowledge of supplier-funded marketing programs, MDF management, vendor management, and marketing budget control is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
