Responsibilities

Job Description

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their event requirements;
• Working with colleagues to devise an event that meets the client's brief and budget;
• Presenting alongside colleagues, the event ideas and budget to the client;
• Liaising with supplier by maintaining regular contact,
• Ensuring that communication flows effectively;
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; handling budgets, managing campaign costs and Invoicing clients; writing client reports;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns(might need to travel to monitor campaign);
• Undertaking administration tasks; arranging and attending meetings;
• Making 'pitches', along with other project manager, to try to win new business for the agency.

• Willing to travel
• Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the social media/brand activation field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialised in social media/on-ground activation/digital campaign.
