• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• A passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of the latest trends and products

• Salary range: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (basic + min. commission + car maintenance + transport allowance) + accommodation allowance claim + petrol claim + toll claim + parking claim

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the products industry

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection, pricing and order fulfilment

• Collaborate with team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
