Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.

Able to follow maintenance schedules, technical procedures, and safety standards.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.

Perform lift and escalator installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and testing.

Diagnose technical issues and determine suitable solutions.

Perform monthly servicing according to company checklists and schedules.

Service assigned lifts and escalators according to the planned maintenance schedule.

Prepare timely and detailed service reports.

Document service procedures, technical findings, and corrective actions.

Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Work closely with the technical team and share relevant field information.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or updates.

Maintain positive working relationships with customers and end-users.

Take timely corrective and preventive actions to resolve identified issues.
