Join a fast growing and and busy fine dining restaurant in the central area as a Chef, applying your expertise in North Indian curries and Tandoor to deliver exceptional cuisine in a dynamic,shift-based environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook exceptional North Indian cuisine to meet fine dining quality standards
Apply hands-on knowledge of Indian culinary techniques to ensure authentic flavors and presentation
Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during assigned shifts to maintain smooth operations
Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold hygiene and food safety standards
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid food course certification to comply with food safety regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate prior experience working in a fine dining Indian restaurant
Possess experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
